Text messaging terms and conditions refer to the rules and regulations that govern the use of text messaging services provided by the company. By accepting the terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with the company.

This text message program offered by IN3 allows the company to send text messages (SMS) and/or multimedia text messages (MMS) to you for the purpose of informing you about company updates like coming events and new case studies, industry related updates, and new technological releases. By participating in the program, you agree to receive these text messages from IN3.

It is important to note that participating in the program may result in charges from your mobile carrier for receiving text messages. You should review your mobile service agreement and check with your mobile carrier for information on any fees that may apply.

Before participating in the program, you should also carefully review the terms and conditions of the program to fully understand the rules and regulations governing the use of the service. By accepting these terms and conditions, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with IN3.

Consent to Participate

In accordance with these Terms & Conditions, by providing your phone number with the understanding that we will use it to send you text messages, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) and multimedia text messages (MMS) from INS3 and our service providers and agents, including Klaviyo (www.klaviyo.com). 

By agreeing to our Text Messaging Terms & Conditions, you conscent that you understand the following: 

(i) Our text messages will be sent to the number you will provide; 

(ii) The content of our text messages may be marketing content; 

(iii) the text messages may be sent to you using an autodialer or a similar technology like  Klaviyo (www.klaviyo.com); 

and (iv) your acceptance to receive our text messages is not a condition for your purchase of any services from INS3.

By providing your phone number for text message communication, you represent that you are: 

(i) the account holder and the user for the number you shared with us; 

(ii) a resident of the United States; 

and (iii) at least 18 years of age.  

Further, by providing your phone number you confirm that you understand that the text messages INS3 might send to you 

(i) SMS messaging is not encrypted; 

and (ii) it is possible that these SMS may be readable by third parties. 

With respect to your responses to the text messages, any personal information contained in those responses will be subject to the terms of our Privacy Policy (https://www.ins3.com/privacy-policy) as well as Klaviyo Policies (https://www.klaviyo.com/legal). 

Messaging Frequency 

The frequency of text messages received may vary based on how often you transact or communicate with us. If you have an unlimited texting plan from your provider, there will be no extra charge for the text messages. If you are unsure, please check with your mobile service provider for any potential charges or roaming fees for additional messages and data. 

Opt In

To start receiving text messages from INS3, fill your information in the contact form in our website (www.ins3.com)

Opt Out 

To stop receiving text messages from INS3, text ‘STOP’ in response to any received message. You will receive a confirmation text, and no further messages will be sent.

Duty to Notify

In case you changed your phone number and you wish to continue receiving text messages from INS3, you must notify us by filling the contact from in our website. If you wish to stop using the mentioned number you must complete the aforementioned Opt-Out process prior to ending your use of the mobile telephone number. You agree that failure to notify us of a change in your phone number, resulting in the delivery of text messages to a new recipient, will make you responsible for all costs and liabilities incurred by us or our text message delivery partners. This obligation will continue even after cancelling or ending your participation in any of our Programs.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

INS3 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon notification to participants via text message. It is your responsibility to regularly review these Terms & Conditions for any updates or changes.

Termination of Text Messaging

IN3 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to text messages Program if a violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. The continued receipt of text messages is also contingent upon the maintenance of your mobile phone service. INS3 has the authority to modify or discontinue all or any part of the text message Program at any time, with or without prior notice.
