Put AI on the Data You Already Have

Most manufacturers are not short on data. They are short on answers.

The data is already there. It is sitting in historians, SQL databases, SCADA and MES, in separate systems that were never designed to be read together. When someone asks why yield dropped on line three last quarter, or where the energy is actually going, the answer exists somewhere in that data. Getting it out usually takes an engineer, a spreadsheet and a week. That is the gap this session is about.

• An OEE application from automotive production. Not a feature tour. One application worked through on real production data, showing what the plant could not answer before and what the platform surfaces from the data already being collected. The customer is anonymized at their request.
• A live demonstration, including how Prompt-to-Insights (PTI) connects to plant historians. The platform running in front of you rather than in a slide, and the connectivity question answered directly, because on most sites that is the part that decides whether any of this is practical.
• How PTI performs against the way this analysis gets done today. A direct comparison rather than a claim.
• How a customer starts. What a trial looks like, what is involved in finding out whether this works on your data, and what you need to have in place before you begin.
• Live questions and answers.

THE PLATFORM
